Job Summary:
We are looking for a Banking Collection Telecaller to contact customers regarding overdue loan or credit card payments, follow up on pending EMIs, and assist customers in making timely payments while maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue EMI and payment reminders.
Follow up with customers regarding pending loan, credit card, or BNPL payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.
Explain payment options and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with field collection and legal teams when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Update customer payment status in the collection system.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM/Dialer systems).
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to work under pressure.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma / HSC (12th Pass).
