We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Telecaller to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve targets. Prior experience in manufacturing will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:•• - Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers. - Promote products and services related to manufacturing. - Understand client needs and provide relevant information. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. - Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements:• - 2 – 3 years of telecalling or sales experience. - Graduate degree. - Fluent in English and Hindi. - Passionate about sales and achieving targets. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus. - Ability to handle rejection and persistently work towards goals. - Self-motivated and eager to learn. Preferred Traits: - Goal-oriented and proactive. - Quick learner with a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
