We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic TeleSales Executive who can communicate effectively, build customer interest, and convert potential leads into sales through outbound calling.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call records, responses, and lead details in CRM/software.

• Follow-up with interested customers to close sales.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure brand trust.

🔹 Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM experience preferred).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.

• Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply).

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
