We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services, generating sales leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to clients
Introduce and explain company software
Understand client requirements
Schedule online/offline software demo
Follow up with interested clients
Close sales and achieve targets
Maintain proper data in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with technical team if required
Strong communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / English)
Convincing & presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of software/IT field (preferred)
Experience in Telecalling / Software Sales preferred
