Telecaller / Patient Care Executive

🕘 Job Type:

Full-Time

Salary - 20 K - 30 K per month ( Depends upon the experience)

Minimum Experience - 1.5 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for skincare and wellness appointments

Explain clinic services such as skin treatments, laser, hair treatments, and wellness therapies

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors and therapists

Follow up with existing and potential patients

Maintain patient call records and appointment details in CRM/register

Handle basic patient queries politely and professionally

Coordinate with front desk and doctors for smooth operations

✅ Requirements:

Minimum Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or clinic coordinator preferred

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling software)

Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and customer-focused approach

Convincing & follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of skincare services (training provided)

Ability to handle patient concerns calmly
