Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent service support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic English understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
