🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic Tele Callers who can connect with job seekers, explain job opportunities, and help them get placed. Senior Tele Callers will also guide juniors and assist in closing hiring targets.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• 💬 Call and counsel job seekers about available job opportunities

• 🗂 Collect and update candidate information in our database

• 🤝 Build rapport and maintain professional communication

• 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets

• 🧠 (Senior Only) Train & supervise junior tele callers and help close hiring needs

🧩 Requirements

• 📚 Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 📞 Good communication and convincing skills

• 💻 Basic computer & internet knowledge

• ⏱ Ability to work in a target-based environment

• ⭐ Experience required for Senior Tele Caller
