Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and schedule property site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to property-related enquiries.

• Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.

• Update customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and scheduled visits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

• Maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.

• Generate referrals and new leads wherever possible.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.

• Hindi is an added advantage.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and motivated to work in a sales environment.

• Freshers can apply; experience in real estate, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
