BSoft India Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle customer communication and lead generation activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers over calls.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and clients
Explain company services and offers
Generate and maintain customer leads
Follow up with interested customers
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain daily call records and reports
Achieve assigned calling targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations
- Teamwork and coordination skills
