Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services clearly and confidently

Handle inquiries from students and parents regarding career counselling, training programs, and more

Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into appointments

Accurately update lead data and feedback in CRM

Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions

Maintain a friendly and professional tone with every interaction

Basic telecaller duties

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English preferred)

Confident, polite, and energetic on call

12th Pass or Graduate in any field

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM usage is an advantage
