Hiring: Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team.

• Regularly follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity information in CRM/MIS.

• Prepare and share basic proposals, quotations, presentations, and product information with customers.

• Coordinate with sales, presales, and technical teams for customer requirements.

• Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales opportunities and prepare periodic reports.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Support marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with corporate customers.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.

• Strong follow-up and customer coordination skills.

• Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Previous experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software, or Technology Sales will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
