About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate, develop and convert B2B business opportunities by connecting with business owners, founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.

The role involves B2B lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, warm lead follow-up, appointment generation and conversion for our organisation

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases and other channels.

• Connect with founders, promoters, business owners, CXOs, doctors and senior professionals.

• Conduct cold calls and warm lead follow-ups through phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

• Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities for Coaching, Consulting, Training and Advisory Services.

• Qualify prospects, handle basic objections and schedule meetings with Business Coaches/Consultants.

• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales and qualified appointments.

• Maintain CRM records and track leads, follow-ups, meetings, sales and conversions.

• Conduct basic prospect/company research and identify relevant networking opportunities.

• Achieve defined calling, lead generation, appointment and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales or Client Acquisition.

• Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling and outbound prospecting.

• Proven experience in converting prospects into sales, not only generating leads or fixing appointments.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.

• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per working day.

• Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales numbers.

• CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
