Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our fast-paced, collaborative, and learning-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with leads who have already shown interest in our live monitoring services and converting them into loyal customers. As the first point of voice contact, you will represent the company's value proposition and help drive revenue through quality conversations and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and interested leads from our database.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce our monitoring services.
Convert warm leads into paying customers by effectively explaining service benefits, features, and pricing.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of new customers.
Handle objections confidently and resolve any customer queries with professionalism.
Provide accurate information about services and document key call insights for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, clear, and polite telephone manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles.
Proficient in using computers, email, and telecommunication systems.
