Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote interior design services

• Handle inbound leads from digital platforms (website, social media, campaigns)

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable interior solutions

• Schedule design consultations or site visits for the sales/design team

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into confirmed projects

• Explain services, pricing, and offers clearly to clients

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling/customer handling

• Graduate (mandatory)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
