Job Title: Customer Service Agent – Tata Motors Insurance Process
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand, based on interview performance)
Process: Lead Generation – Tata Motors Insurance
Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers to generate leads for Tata Motors Insurance products.
Explain policy benefits, features, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the database.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on queries.
Requirements: Education: HSC (12th) Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 3–6 months in sales, telecalling, or insurance preferred; freshers can also apply.
Communication Skills: Average to good communication in English; fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Age: 18–35 years
Basic computer knowledge is required.
