💼 Work Profile: Telecaller / Customer Coordination

📍 Location: Pune

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

👤 Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers can apply

🕘 Work Shift: Day Shift

📅 Working: 6 Days a Week

📞 Work Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally

• Understand and respond to customer queries

• Provide relevant information and assistance

• Follow up with customers when required

• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the concerned team for complex queries

• Work towards good customer service and overall performance

💰 Income & Growth

The initial income opportunity is ₹18,000–₹20,000, depending on the candidate's work performance, experience, skills and overall contribution.

As you gain experience in customer communication, telecalling and e-commerce-related work, there are opportunities to develop your skills and increase your income based on your performance and responsibilities.
