We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and schedule site visits. The candidate will be responsible for explaining real estate projects to potential clients and maintaining proper follow-ups to support the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients clearly and professionally.
Generate qualified leads and fix site visit appointments for the sales team.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up details, and customer data accurately.
Follow up with interested clients on a regular basis to convert leads into site visits.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for updates on leads and conversions.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role (real estate experience preferred).
Good communication skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
