Job Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.

• Explain courses, admission procedures, and educational programs.

• Counsel students regarding suitable education options.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel.

• Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).

• Confident and persuasive personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

• Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
