Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ayurvedic & Healthcare Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our Ayurvedic and healthcare products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Ayurvedic or healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers

• Explain Ayurvedic medicines, healthcare products, and treatment plans

• Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer records

• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets

• Update CRM and maintain call reports

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a plus)

• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness products preferred

• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers

• Comfortable working with call center targets

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
