Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Schedule client meetings for the sales/design team.
Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Coordinate with clients regarding appointments, quotations, and project updates.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database calling.
Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status.
Support administrative and customer service activities as required.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email, autocad,
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Customer-focused attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or front office is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
