📢 HIRING – BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS)

🏢 Job Role: Business Associate – Back Office Operations

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and queries through email.

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.

• Maintain proper records and follow-ups.

🎓 Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline OR

• 3-Year Diploma after 12th

• Good written English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge & typing skills

• Ability to draft and respond to emails professionally

💰 Salary:

• ₹15,500 – ₹16,500/month

• Salary depends on interview performance & experience

• Additional allowances + performance incentives

📚 Training Details:

• Training Duration: 21–25 Days (Approx. 3 Weeks)

• Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

⏰ Shift Details:

• 9-hour shift (8 hours working + 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts

• Rotational weekly off

👩 Female Candidates:

• Rotational day shifts

• Shift window: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

👨 Male Candidates:

• Rotational day & night shifts

• Applicable night shift allowance

💼 Experience: 0–5 Years

🎓 Education: Graduation (10+2+3) / 3-Year Diploma after 12th

🎂 Age: 18–30 Years

🗣️ Language Required: English

⭐ Preferred:

• Back-office / Email Support / Customer Service experience

• Strong attention to detail & accuracy

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
