Job Description:
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and handle customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services to customers clearly.
Answer customer questions and provide information.
Follow up with customers for sales or feedback.
Maintain a record of calls and customer details.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
