About the Role

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales? We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate financial products that secure their future.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our insurance/banking products.

• Customer Counseling: Understand customer needs and recommend the best-suited financial plans.

• Lead Management: Follow up diligently on interested leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Documentation: Assist customers in the initial documentation process for smooth onboarding.

• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily calling targets and monthly sales KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling (Experience in Insurance, Loans, or Credit Cards is a major plus).

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali & Hindi.

• Persuasion: Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales.

• Education: High/Graduate in any stream.

• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
