1. Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided data for car and personal loan products.
2. Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and basic features to customers over phone.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and assess whether they qualify for a loan.
4. Record call outcomes, customer details, and follow‑up actions accurately in Excel/CRM.
5. Follow up on interested leads and coordinate with the sales/credit team till file pickup or application.
6. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets while maintaining professional conduct on calls.
