Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive for our marketing and advertising company. The role involves calling company-provided qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into paid customers.

This position is strictly performance-oriented. If targets scare you, this role will not be comfortable. If targets excite you, welcome aboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on qualified leads shared by the company

• Pitch marketing and advertising services confidently

• Convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain daily call and follow-up records

• Achieve assigned monthly targets

• Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding

Requirements

• Experience in telecalling / telesales preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset and professional work ethics
