About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with property leads, understanding their requirements, providing project information, and converting enquiries into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate customers.

- Handle incoming enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.

- Explain property/project details, pricing and available options.

- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

- Qualify leads and identify potential buyers.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support or real estate.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

- Excellent Hindi communication skills.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.

- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
