We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Caller to contact potential customers, explain products/services, and close sales over the phone. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues

• Maintain call logs and update CRM or records regularly

• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation

• Proven experience in tele sales / call center (preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
