We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, explain products or services to customers, and generate leads or sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or handle inbound calls professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections politely
Follow call scripts and comply with company policies
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to persuade and handle customer objections
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
Office-based Remote
