We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound calls, generate leads, provide product/service information to customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales.

• Maintain customer database and regularly update CRM/records.

• Follow up with interested customers and ensure proper closure.

• Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Achieve assigned targets and maintain call quality standards.

• Build positive relationships with customers through polite communication.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads.

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
