Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain available real estate projects.

-Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.

-Maintain and update the customer database with complete details.

-Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly.

-Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.

-Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

-Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through polite and professional communication.

Required Skills:

-Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

-Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.

-Ability to handle calls with patience and clarity.

-Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
