Travel Sales Executives
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing excellent customer service for domestic and international holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport vendors when required.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide pre-sale and post-sale customer support.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Proficiency in MS Office and online travel tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
