Job వివరణ

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships

✅ Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Freshers & experienced both can apply
