Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven telecaller – inside sales professional responsible for converting leads into successful sales. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain insurance products, and guide customers through the purchase process.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales, loan sales, or credit card sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about insurance products.

• Convert assigned leads into sales through effective communication.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM/system.

• Follow up with customers for policy closure.

• Handle customer objections and queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

• Minimum graduate (preferred).

• Undergraduates with relevant experience may apply.

• Experience:

• Freshers are welcome

• 1–2 years of experience in:

• Insurance sales (preferred).

• Loan sales.

• Credit card sales.

• BFSI telecalling.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; a regional language is a plus).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-orientated mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
