We are hiring Telecaller Executives (Inbound Process) for our Lucknow office located in Malesemau. This is a contract-based, office job ideal for freshers who have good communication skills and are eager to start their career in the customer service field.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Required Skills:
Good verbal communication in Hindi (basic English understanding preferred).
