💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries about our products.

✅ Call customers to confirm online orders received through our website.

✅ Explain product details, prices, offers, and delivery information to customers.

✅ Update customer details, order status, and confirmation records accurately.

✅ Handle customer questions professionally and provide the correct information.

✅ Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding confirmed orders and delivery-related queries.

✅ Follow up with customers when required to complete the order confirmation process.

✅ Maintain daily call records and order management reports.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Basic phone and computer knowledge.

• Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Previous experience in telecalling, inbound calling, customer support, sales calling, or order confirmation is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply, if accepted for the role.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Monthly salary: ₹9,500 – ₹26,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance.

🏢 Fixed day shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

📅 Sunday off.
