Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to leads from forms, social media, and community channels to introduce mentorship programs​

• Handle inbound inquiries about course details, pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes​

• Build rapport with prospective students and understand their career goals and learning needs​

• Follow up persistently with warm leads to convert them into enrollments​

• Maintain accurate records of all conversations, student feedback, and follow-up requirements in CRM or spreadsheets​

• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets to earn performance incentives​

• Share student feedback and common objections with the team to improve messaging and offerings​
