Telecaller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — making and receiving calls, sharing information about our products/services, and helping build strong customer relationships. If you enjoy speaking with people and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide prompt, accurate assistance.

• Maintain and update customer records in the system after every interaction.

• Follow up with leads and interested customers in a timely manner.

• Communicate with customers and team members via WhatsApp for quick coordination.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals.

• Report call summaries and outcomes to the reporting manager on a regular basis.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (mandatory).

• Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and/or English; clear and confident voice.

• Basic computer knowledge — ability to use MS Word, Excel, email, and internet.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp for business communication.

• Positive attitude, patience, and strong listening skills.

• Ability to handle rejection calmly and stay motivated.

• 10th / 12th pass or graduate — any stream accepted.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates are strongly preferred for this position.

• Local candidates or those with easy commute access preferred.

• Prior experience in sales, insurance, banking, or real estate telecalling is an added advantage.
