Senior Executive - Telesales Company: Mercer Description: As Sales Development Representative you will have the opportunity to be our first impression on all prospective clients in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are focused on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of Mettl. SDRs will act as a product consultant having a consultative sales approach. Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle. Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email. Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a Sales team Set appointments for Enterprise sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage. Contributing to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, email campaigns, and various prospect messaging. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach Ensuring smooth flow of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application. Qualifications: This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels are essential. 2+ years of successful experience as an SDR/BDE/Customer Service. Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team. Experience in B2B Domain or experience in selling SAAS Products. Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Mercer Mettl. Experience in using HubSpot & ZOHO or any other CRM or Marketing Tool.
