Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Loan Sales Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, guiding customers through the application process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan sales.

• Promote personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other financial products.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

• Generate and follow up on leads.

• Explain interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.

• Coordinate with customers for document collection and application processing.

• Maintain customer data and update CRM systems regularly.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper guidance.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC pass

• Experience in telesales, loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes.

• Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
