Job Summary:

The Tele Counsellor is responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining Frankfinn's aviation, hospitality, and customer service training programs, and motivating them to visit the institute for a free career counselling session. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

• Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities.

• Invite students to attend free counselling sessions at the institute.

• Follow up with interested candidates until they visit the center.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/database.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months

• Age Range: 18 to 34 years

• Gender: Female/Male

• Industry Exposure Required: Fluent in, Kannada, and English

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday fixed off

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 18K to 22K in-hand, with potential for salary hikes based on current pay.
