We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at BPO Company. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions at institutes.
• Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
