Tele Counsellor

Position: Telecaller & Counsellor
Location: Skillpower, Bhatia Complex, 1st Floor, Above SBI ATM, Purulia Road, Near Aditya Birla School, Ranchi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with inquiries generated through phone, website, social media, and walk-ins.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.

• Schedule counseling sessions and admissions appointments.

Student Counselling

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.

• Provide complete information about programs, admission procedures, and placement support.

• Address student and parent queries professionally.

• Assist students throughout the admission process.

• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.

Admission Support

• Help students complete application and enrollment formalities.

• Collect and verify required documents.

• Maintain admission records and reports.

• Coordinate with the administration team for smooth admissions.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to achieve admission and counseling targets.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
