Job Role

We are looking for Tele Counselors who can effectively handle student enquiries, guide them about our courses, and convert leads into admissions through strong communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries

• Understand student requirements and career goals

• Explain courses, benefits, and career outcomes clearly

• Follow up with interested leads regularly

• Convert leads into admissions

• Maintain proper data and update lead status in CRM/Excel

• Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi + English)

• Ability to handle objections and close admissions

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM handling

• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach

• Prior experience in tele-calling / counseling is preferred

Experience

• Fresher / Experienced both can apply

• Experience in education / edtech / sales will be an advantage
