Tele Counsellor

We are looking for a result-oriented Tele Counsellor to join our team at Perfect Vidya. The role primarily involves handling student inquiries, counselling prospective candidates, and converting leads into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a sales-driven mindset.
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
📍 Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
📅 Working Days: 6 Days (Day Shift)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to guide students regarding courses, universities, and admission process

• Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable online/distance courses

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions (sales closure)

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversion

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and admission status in CRM/Excel

• Explain fee structure, eligibility, and admission benefits clearly to students

• Build trust and maintain long-term relationship with candidates

• Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

• Experience: 1 – 3 Years in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Education Counselling

• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Sales-oriented mindset with target achieving ability

• Basic knowledge of computer (Excel, CRM handling)

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment

⭐ Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Education / Admission Counselling will be an added advantage

• Candidates with tele calling background will be preferred

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
