Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Explain products and services to clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Customer handling and relationship management.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is a plus).

- Problem-solving and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

- Graduation or 12th pass (depending on company requirements).
