Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

Explain Frankfinn's courses, training programs, and career opportunities in detail.

Invite and motivate potential candidates to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.

Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested students to increase center visits and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student responses.

Meet daily and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.

Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

Build rapport with prospective students and their parents/guardians when required.

Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team regarding scheduled visits and lead status.

Ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions.

Required Skills

Prior outbound tele-calling or telesales experience (minimum 6 months).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into institute visits.

Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/call records.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (12th Pass with result in hand).

Experience: Minimum 6 months.

Age: 18–34 years.

Gender: Male/Female.

Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English (the description also mentions Tamil as an advantage).

Working Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 in-hand per month.
