Job Title: Telecounsellor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecounsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective clients or students, addressing queries, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads and follow up regularly
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services/products
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain a database of calls, interactions, and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications or services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening and convincing abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred
Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field (preferred)
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or counselling
Working Conditions:
