Tele Counsellor

DegreeKaro is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors to guide students for Online & Distance Education programs offered by top universities across India. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound student calls

• Counsel students regarding Online Degree, MBA, PG & UG programs

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Maintain student records and update CRM regularly

• Build positive relationships with prospective students

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu

• Basic computer and internet knowledge

• Strong convincing and counselling skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in education counselling or telesales is an added advantage

Qualification

• Intermediate / Any Degree
