Position

Collection Executive – Soft Bucket (Tele Collection)

Eligibility

✅ Freshers can apply

Job Responsibilities

• Calling customers to remind them about overdue EMIs

• Understanding reasons for payment delays

• Negotiating payment dates and obtaining payment commitments

• Following up regularly until payment is received

• Updating customer interactions and collection records in the system

• Escalating difficult cases to senior collection teams when required

Skills Required

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

• Customer handling and relationship management skills

• Ability to achieve collection targets

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Basic understanding of collection processes

Soft Bucket Collection

Soft bucket accounts generally include customers who are:

• 1–30 Days Past Due (DPD), or

• 31–60 Days Past Due (DPD)

These are early-stage delinquent accounts that can typically be resolved through effective telephonic follow-up and customer engagement.
