We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Yashvardhan PolicyExpert. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 30,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Outbound Calling :- Make cold calls to leads from database to pitch Life and Health insurance products like Term, ULIP, Mediclaim, Family Floater plans.

2. Product Pitch & Conversion :- Explain policy benefits, premium, coverage, exclusions and handle customer queries/objections to convert leads into sales.

3. Lead Qualification & Follow-up :- Identify genuine prospects, capture requirements, and do regular follow-ups. Schedule meetings for field sales team.

4. Documentation & Data Entry :- Collect KYC details, update CRM with call status, notes and customer data accurately.

5. Target Achievement :- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets while following IRDAI guidelines and company sales process.

Job Requirements:-

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
